- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies

- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications

- Greeting guests
- Answering guest inquiries over the phone, text, and email
- Scheduling service appointments
- Catering to guests’ specific needs
- Maintaining rental vehicles: Reservations, Contracts, Maintenance, etc.
- Shuttle Services as needed

Qualifications
- Past experience in hospitality is a plus

Lot Attendant/Porter
- Paid every week

Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed,
- Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards

Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed

Drive Customers to and from home or work

Pickup & Delivery of vehicles and parts as required
- Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations
